What we Collect

• For the first initial contact - we ask for your first name, email and phone number and information regarding your cleaning preferences.  (for cleaning bookings and enquiries only).

• We will then take your residential address by private telephone conversation and frequency of clean, after the quote has been agreed and a invoice has been sent out, (for business purposes only).

• We send you an invoice of payment due, for a weekly, fortnightly or monthly clean.

• Information you provide in contact forms or via email, will be kept scritcly confidential and private and for business purposes only, with BeSpritz UK.

• To arrange, book and deliver cleaning services.

• To contact you about your booking or enquiry (by private phone calls, email, Whatsapp message).

• To process payments securely.

Bookings & Payments

• Bookings can be made by private phone call, email or through our website contact forms.

• Payment is required in advance and before the time of booked cleaning service, unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Please provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or changes.

• Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may incur a fee.

Our services

• We provide cleaning services as agreed, at the time of booking and there is an agreement of the free quote price, from the client, 

• Clients are responsible for providing access to the property, necessary hot and cold water and electricity and all cleaning products and equipment.

• While we take the utmost care,  BeSpritz UK is not liable for pre-existing damage or wear and tear. Please kindly make us aware of this, if needed and make the Contractor Cleaner aware before cleaning starts and takes place.  Thank you.

Liability

• We are fully insured, with Public Liability and Employers Liability Insurance.

• Our cleaners are advised to follow strict health and safety guidelines.

Refund & Complaints Policy

• At BeSpritz UK, customer satisfaction is our priority and we have a "open door" policy for clients and contractor cleaners..  If you are unhappy with your clean, please contact us immediately and within 24 hours.

• After a satisfactory review and investigation, we will arrange a re-clean of the affected areas at no additional cost.

• Refunds may be offered at our discretion, where a re-clean is not possible.

• No refunds will be given, after 48 hours or if access is denied, or no hot/cold water is supplied or if there is no electricity to the property, not enabling the contractor cleaner to carry out the clean, at the scheduled time of the clean.

Health and Safety Statement

• At BeSpritz UK, we are committed to providing safe and effective cleaning services.

• All contractors are advised of safe cleaning practices and follow COSHH regulations for handling cleaning products, for their self employed business and contracts and for their best practice and their working relationship with the client, as a self employed contractor.

• Clients provide all cleaning products and cleaning equipment, on site of the clean.  The client will inform the contractor of the location of the cleaning products and the contractor will advise the client on re-stocking the product, if needed.

• BeSpritz UK do not provide cleaning products or cleaning equipment, we do not hold keys or security codes of any residential house or dwelling.  Our policy is the client(s) will be at home, whilst the clean is taking place.

• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is provided where appropriate, from the client, eg: gloves.

• We advise using safe, effective products and eco-friendly options where possible and if needed..

• Please make the contractor cleaner aware of any specific cleaning products to be used on specific areas before starting the clean and certain products to be used in certain areas due to any sensitivities or allergies to products.

• Please secure pets safely in a suitable location in the residential property, for their welfare and wellbeing and those of the contractor cleaner.

• Please be advised and aware that the contractor cleaner will mop the floor, as the last act of cleaning in the necessary rooms and please take the necessary precautions and be aware of the wet floor,  until the floor is completely dry and kindly make family/residents aware in the house, that cleaning is taking place and location of the current wet floors.
