BeSpritz UK - Refunds and Complaints Policy

At BeSpritz UK, we want every client to feel confident and happy with our services.
We take pride in delivering quality cleaning that puts back the sparkle and shine.
If something isn’t right - please let us know, we’re here to make it better and resolve it.

Complaints
-
If you are dissatisfied with any part of your clean, please contact us within 24 hours of the service.

We will review your concern promptly and arrange a re-clean of the affected areas at no extra cost, where reasonable.
-
Complaints made after 24 hours may not qualify for a re-clean, as the condition of the property may have changed.

Refunds
-
If a re-clean is not possible, a partial or full refund may be issued at BeSpritz UK discretion, depending on the situation, review and investigation.

Refunds will only be processed to the original payment method.

Refunds cannot be provided in the following circumstances
-
If our cleaners cannot gain access to the property at the agreed time.

If unsafe or unsuitable conditions prevent our contract cleaners from carrying out the service.

If the complaint is based on tasks, not included in the agreed cleaning service discussion/contract and checklist.

Our contractor cleaners, do not clean any interior or exterior windows, garages, empty bins or move furniture.

Before the clean takes place, please make sure all expensive and valuables items are stored away safely and any highly expensive items to be moved to a suitable location, so the contract cleaner can clean that area. Thank you.

Cancellations
-
Clients must provide at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule, cleaning jobs.

Late cancellations (less than 48 hours) may be charged up to 50% of the service fee.

If we are unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, we will rearrange your cleaning booking, as soon as possible, in agreement with the client.

We treat every complaint seriously and aim to resolve it quickly and fairly. We will carry out a review and investigation of the cleaning booking.

All self-employed cleaning contractors are solely responsible to uphold high standards of quality, professionalism, and show respect and care for the clients privacy and confidentiality, whilst on the clients property and residence.
