BeSpritz UK - Terms and Conditions

Welcome to BeSpritz UK, by booking our cleaning services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Please read them carefully, as they outline the agreement between you (the client) and us (BeSpritz UK).
Bookings and Payment

Bookings can be made by phone, email or through our website, contact forms.

Payment must be made before the time of service and clean, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We will send a email quote through prior to the cleaning service, for all cleaning services required. A service agreement contract will also be sent through, if in agreement with the quote and a client bundle pact for a new client.

All client checklists must be filled out and additional added notes and discussed, prior to commencement of the cleans, with BeSpritz UK. If there is any additional services needed, please contact BeSpritz UK. The checklist will be discussed with the contractor.

We will provide an email invoice of prices and services payments and costs.

We have 2 methods of payment. Our preferred method of payment, is through our invoice service, through Quickbooks. We send the invoice to you by email. We can arrange additional payment methods by BACS payment, directly to our business account, if needed. Please let us know, which payment is suitable for you, at the time of booking.

All payment is to be paid into BeSpritz UK business account. Details will be provided, prior to the clean.

Prices are provided clearly before the service begins. Any additional services requested should be discussed before the clean but we can provide a new quote and invoice for additional services and costs.
Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients and Contractors must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a booking.

Cancellations by the client with less than 48 hours' notice, may incur a charge of up to 50% of the booking fee.

If our team cannot gain access to the property at the agreed time, the booking may be charged in full.

BeSpritz UK have a strict confidential and privacy agreement with the Contractor Cleaner, please do not go into personal, private areas of the client and please do not open drawers or private areas of the client.

As best practice BeSpritz UK only accept cleaning jobs, from Clients that will be home, whilst the contractor cleaner does the clean. We do not accept jobs where a key or safe deposit box is needed for the cleaner. This is for security and safety reasons for the client and the household. BeSpritz do not hold keys at their premises and do not take responsibility for any keys that are made or given between the client and the cleaner. We advise no keys, security codes, safety deposit boxes holding keys are given to the cleaning contractor, at any time and for any reason, this is for the safety and security reasons for the client and property.
Our Services

We will deliver the cleaning services as agreed at the time of booking.

A full list of tasks included will be provided on request and on the checklist.

Services not included (eg external and internal window cleaning, moving furniture, moving heavy objects, emptying bins and tidying up garages and hazardous materials) will be clearly explained before booking.

At BeSpritz UK, we do not clean interior or exterior windows on the clients premises.

The client must ensure safe access to the property, access to hot/cold water and the property to have electricity and inform us of any special requirements or special cleaning products to be used in specific areas and any areas not to be cleaned or touched.
Client Responsibilities
-
Please ensure personal items, valuables and breakables are safely stored, securely away in a safe place, any really expensive items to be moved, prior to the clean, to a suitable location, so our contract cleaners can clean that area.

Please provide access to electricity, running water, and any agreed cleaning supplies, we do not provide cleaning equipment or supplies. Please re-stock cleaning equipment for the cleaners, the cleaner will make you aware of products needed, to re-stock.

Please provide a cleaning caddy for the cleaner and designated areas for the cleaning products and equipment, in the place of residence.

Please supply a hoover, mop and bucket for kitchen and bathroom areas, marigold gloves and a selection of cleaning cloths, sponges. (Please see Checklist for a guide to colour coded cloths) And all relevant cleaning products for each room.

Any pets must be secured and safe during cleaning visits to ensure safety to the pets and cleaners.

Please let BeSpritz UK know if you or your household have any sensitive allergies and to make us aware of certain cleaning products, you would like the contractor cleaner to use and any products not to use in specific rooms.
Liability and Insurance
BeSpritz UK holds full liability insurance.

While our cleaners take great care, we cannot accept liability for pre-existing damage, wear and tear or items not secured properly, before the clean takes place, please inform us of any pre-existing damge, wear and tear before the clean.

In the unlikely event of accidental damage caused by our staff, we will review the situation promptly and fairly, please let us know if this occurs, with 24 hours of the clean.
Refunds and Complaints

If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact the BeSpritz UK office within 24 hours. We will review the situation fairly and promptly and if needed arrange a re-clean of the affected areas at no additional cost.

Refunds may be issued at our discretion,, if a re-clean is not possible.
Health and Safety
-
Our team, of self employed contractor cleaners are advised and responsible to take the their own training on all relevant health and safety laws, and it is the responsibility of the self employed contractor to make themselves aware of correct and safe usage of any cleaning products used in any of the clients households, as they are a self-employed contractor and not a employee of BeSpritz UK.

The contractor are made aware they are not an employee of BeSpritz UK and the client is also made aware of this, before starting and accepting a cleaning job. BeSpritz UK is a booking agent only.

We reserve the right to refuse service, where unsafe conditions are present, or our cleaners contractors Health and safety and safety is called into question or at risk, at any time. We value and put the safety of all the contract cleaners and will not take on clients, that pose a risk to the safety of our contractor cleaners.

We take the necessary steps to check references of all our contract cleaners. and a DBS check will be asked to be done, prior to the start of the contract with us.

Data Protection and Policy

BeSpritz UK comply with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Personal information is only used to manage bookings, payments and communications, between the client and BeSpritz UK, the client and the cleaning contractor and between the cleaning contractor and BeSpritz UK.

Changes to these terms

BeSpritz UK reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and conditions at any time. and will be reviewed annually.
